Subscriptions and PaymentsPrime Dictation offers subscription plans that may provide access to paid features, higher usage limits, or additional functionality.Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store. We do not process payment information directly.By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

- Automatic renewal, unless canceled
- Applicable fees and taxesYou may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. We do not provide refunds for unused time or partial periods.---4. User ContentYou retain ownership of audio recordings, transcripts, and related content created through the app.You are solely responsible for:
- The legality of the content you create
- Obtaining necessary permissions
- Any consequences arising from sharing or distributing contentWe do not claim ownership or rights over user content.---5. Data Storage and ProcessingAudio recordings and transcripts are stored locally on your device by default. You may choose to export or upload content to third-party services.If you enable cloud-based transcription, audio may be uploaded temporarily for processing and deleted automatically after completion.Use of third-party export destinations (such as Google Drive or Dropbox) is governed by their respective terms and policies.---6. Third-Party ServicesPrime Dictation may integrate with third-party services such as:
